ADC⁵ INGO is established as an independent non-profit international organization headquartered in Austria.

ADC5 does not function as an asset-holding entity, commercial developer, or implementation operator.

Project-specific ownership and operational responsibility are assigned to dedicated national or sectoral structures established independently of ADC5.

ADC5 maintains a clear structural separation between:

• asset ownership and implementation
• financing entities and operational operators

This separation ensures that:
