This Conflict of Interest Policy establishes the principles and procedures by which ADC⁵ INGO safeguards institutional neutrality and prevents structural overlap between its coordination mandate and commercial or operational interests.
ADC5’s role is limited to early-stage structuring and institutional alignment.
ADC5 does not:

ADC5’s conflict safeguards apply exclusively to its pre-implementation structuring activities.
Upon transition to project-specific entities, governance responsibilities are transferred to those dedicated structures.
