This Confidentiality Policy applies to all exploratory dialogues, structuring activities, and institutional engagements conducted by ADC⁵ INGO during the pre-implementation phase of development initiatives.

ADC5 does not publicly disclose project-specific information without prior authorization from the relevant sovereign authority or institutional partner.
